When dealing with a handful interdependent decisions I faced regarding retirement planning, property investments (e.g. buy as a rental property or to repair and resell), and my own home (e.g. if and when to sell or rent, improvements/renovations for my own comfort vs. if selling) l thought I would need to consult with a handful of experts - who may or may not have a financial incentive to shade their advice. Happily, I didn’t need a handful of experts. I knew Andi Robinson. Her understanding of the local market, broad development trends, rental markets, home renovation costs and returns, and frankly, her excellent instincts and style made her a comprehensive one-stop source of wisdom for me.
Just a couple examples:
As part of my investment planning, I had a particularly tricky situation on a house I wanted to buy and she walked me thru not only the pros and cons of it as an investment (renovation costs, rental price, etc.), but as an added bonus she also laid out the best approach to make to the owner who was not yet committed to putting the property up for sale.
For my own home improvement plans I relied not only on her keen sense of style but also her judgement on what would make it more attractive to potential buyers. Her knowledge of costs vs. return-when-selling was indispensable. [there are probably better terms for this] She helped me prioritize the improvements in a way that gave me the greatest flexibility without breaking the budget. The Andi Algorithm guided all those decisions.
Andi’s expertise has made this long process far less stressful than I had envisioned. She was a turnkey solution for me.
